A 10% service charge is added to all charges at the hacienda. This amount is split evenly between the entire team, excluding senior management, to ensure that we are looking after our team equally. Should you wish to recognize a team member or department that made your stay truly special, you may add an additional service charge (to an individual, department or general team) with your credit card during checkout.

Yes, please book prior to arrival; we offer transfers by car and plane (both private and scheduled charter) from Juan Santamaria Airport (SJO) transfers by private plane can be arranged to/from LIR or other places within the country.

We offer a scheduled charter flight 2x daily between the resort & SJO; we also offer complimentary transfers to the local airport for any guests arriving/departing from IPZ.
