Serve at Catering Events
3-5 years of 5 star serving experience required
Must have previous Food & Beverage or Guest Related experience in a Luxury Resort or Hotel
Responsible for the creation and production of diverse banquet cuisine for social and corporate groups at multiple locations within the Resort. Consult with the guests to ensure their specific requirements are achieved.
Prepare purchase orders to ensure quality source products working within the budgeted guidelines. Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned Kitchen staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the Resorts Standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Provides support, training, direction, and focus, helps staff members have continuous success. Develop understanding of stewarding processes.
Possess minimum 4 years experience in 4 diamond or 4 star hotel or restaurant; ability to manage a staff of 12 or more employees. Minimum High School graduate, some college is desirable; ability to communicate in English to the understanding of employees and guests; knowledge of proper food safety handling; ability to provide legible communication;ability to do basic arithmetic.
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for the Club Resturant menu items and specials in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Direct, train and monitor performance of Line Cooks. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Previous management experience in a luxury or fine dining establishment is required; Must have a hands on management style with strong communication and organizational skills; Ability to execute special catered events for Members and guests is required; Experience in overseeing a Multi Outlet Culinary operation in a minimum four Diamond/ Star Resort or Club environment
We have 2 Line Cook positions avalible:
Banquet Line Cook- Level I
Club Line Cook- Level I
Cook I- 3-5 years of previous Line Cook Experience in a Fine Dining Resturant or Luxury Hotel
Part Time Dishwashing/ Trash Position
PM: 5:15pm-9:30pm Daily (must be avalible 7 days a week)
Must have Massage License for SC; 2-3 years of massage experience in a "5 Diamond" Resort, Hotel or Spa
Must have Dual License (Massage & Aesthetics); Must have worked in a "5 Diamond" Resort, Hotel or Spa
Implement Golf Operation policies and provide outstanding customer service on a daily basis including member relations, tournament management, golf lessons and clinics, purchasing and inventory controls, guest and operating supply maintenance.
Level 3 or Class A, at least 2 Years of previous related experience, previous experience working with caddies and in a Golf Retail Shop preferred.
Responsible for all aspects of daily care and stable chores including but not limited to:
Feeding, mucking, turnout, blanketing, clipping, vet care, etc.
Schooling and exercising both client and lesson horses, guiding trail rides, assisting with kids camps, leading pony rides and helping with events and shows.
Previous experience working with Horses preferred and basic knowledge of Horse 1st aid
