Eric Christensen Vice President of Development As Vice President of Development, Eric Christensen is responsible for managing new developments, overseeing all aspects of design and construction. Mr. Christensen also is responsible for structuring the investment in and financing of new projects. He has twenty years experience in resort development, finance and marketing. At the Walt Disney Company, he was responsible for planning Euro Disney's 5,200-room resort program, and for developing the resort's flagship hotel. Mr. Christensen has also served as a project manager and marketing consultant to hotel developers and several of the world's largest hotel chains. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Stanford Business School.
